Inside a cooperative with an olive press started almost 80 years ago and in a tasting room decorated with Sciacca’s ceramics, you’ll have the chance to be guided into a professional olive oil tasting.
The experience will make you discover oil qualities and perceive its defects, you’ll smell its scents and how the different olive varieties affect oil taste.
You’ll get immersed in the olive press atmosphere and understand its rhythm during the olive harvesting period.
