By participating in an Olive Experience, you will discover the secrets of this important Mediterranean crop and experience first-hand the stages of extra virgin olive oil production, one of the pride of Italian tradition and cuisine. During the experience, you will be able to participate in the olive harvesting and pressing and discover what lies behind the deliciousness of the quintessential seasoning.
