You will discover it through this experience preparing the typical Sicilian sfincione mixing the onions’ sweetness to the pecorino and anchoivies’ savour and to our tomatoes bright red colour.
You will learn with the miller Caterina how to create a soft and spongy dough, probably because the name sfincione comes from the sponge itself.
An easily-digestible food which will make you taste our lands and sea best flavour.
