Depending on the season, we will prepare together the tomatoes for their drying under the sun, we will make a tomato paste made to last and some olives that will remind you of Sicily at every bite.

– choose your tomatoes / other seasonal products either by harvesting in the field or buying at the market (optional);
– preserves preparation for winter (jam, sauce, aubergines, olives depending on the season);
– pasta dish with seasonal sauce including drinks;
– optional at an extra cost: shipping of prepared sauce / preserves + jams
