At the nearby market, we will choose together the vegetables, from fresh broad beans to the first zucchini of the season, enjoying the scent of fresh basil.
We will explore different cooking methods, from longer ones such the Anchovies pasta to tastier ones such the Primo Sale (fresh cheese). We will find out how to prepare 3 kinds of typical Pasta sauces: with broad beans and ricotta, with primo sale cheese, zucchini pesto and cherry tomatoes and with the Anchovies from our sea.
